What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?
This is talking therapy with hypnosis.
Hypnosis or ‘trance’ is natural and brought about by guided relaxation.
When relaxed our minds takes on positive suggestions, as they are not seen as a threat. I use neuroscience and research whilst supporting you with strategies to help you create positive change. We look at what you want to achieve (the solution, rather than the problem).
I am offer online and face to face Hypnotherapy. On-line works really well with no stress/costs travelling. You can just relax in your own home.

We work at your pace with you deciding when you finish our sessions, giving you full control. You will know when you are ready to finish and will not need to stay longer than you need to.
I have my mental health first aid certificate and trained in the 12 steps to anxiety programme.
